About the Role:

We’re looking for a talented and professional Cake Decorator to join our team! This is not an entry-level role — we need someone with creativity, precision, and experience who’s ready to elevate our cake program and help drive the store to the next level.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and decorate custom cakes and ice cream cakes to a high standard
• Manage cake inventory, prep, and production schedules
• Provide exceptional customer service, including taking custom orders and handling requests
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the cake decorating area
• Support store goals through upselling and quality presentation
• Collaborate with the team to drive growth and innovation in the cake program

Qualifications:

• Professional cake decorating experience required
• Strong attention to detail and design quality
• Must be available to work weekends and holidays
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Reliable, self-motivated, and goal-driven
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus!
• Must be 18+
