Spartan Plumbing, LLC in Dayton, OH is looking to hire a Call By Call Manager to oversee our plumbing sales operations and service team. Are you an expert manager? • Oversee day-to-day operations
• Design strategy and set goals for growth
• Drive Sales and Installation Productivity to meet daily targets
• Ensure Daily KPIs are achieved
• Set policies and processes
• Ensure employees work productively and develop professionally
• Oversee training of new employees
• Prepare regular reports for upper management

• Proven experience as an Operations Manager or similar executive role
• Knowledge of business process and functions (finance, HR, procurement, operations etc.)
• Strong analytical ability
• Excellent communication skills
• Outstanding organizational and leadership skills
• Problem-solving aptitude

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000 per year
