Call Center Attendant (Temp to Hire)

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Answers incoming phones.


• Creates incidents in Syteline with routing calls and incidents to the appropriate department.


• Other duties related to the department and assigned by department management.

NON-ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

•  Act as a backup for the other call center attendants.

REPORTING RELATIONSHIP:

• Regional Service Division Manager


• National Service General Manager

SUBORDINATE STAFF:

• None

KNOWLEDGE:

•  Able to collect, arrange, and analyze data.


•  Able to prioritize job duties.


•  Problem solving expertise is a must.

SKILLS:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Google Docs)


• Familiar with internet functions—posting files, linking websites/files, downloading data, etc.


• Excellent written and oral communication skills

SCHEDULE:

• Onsite. No remote option.


• Monday to Friday


• 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

PAY:

• $20.00 starting pay rate through agency

TRAVEL:

• Minimal.

• Ability to work harmoniously with others.


• Ability to accept and follow instructions.


• Ability to maintain a positive attitude.


• Ability to identify where work is needed and then take the initiative to complete all open job tasks without being told prior.

WORKING CONDITIONS:

• Daily lifting to 25 pounds unassisted.


• 2nd floor with both stair and elevator access.


• Cubicle office setting.
