Position: Call Center Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Call Center Representative to join our team at Jonesbororealtycompany. As a full-time employee, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls from potential and existing clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls from clients and provide them with accurate information about our services and properties
- Make outbound calls to follow up with potential leads and schedule appointments for our agents
- Respond to emails and live chat inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing and resolving any issues or concerns
- Keep detailed and accurate records of all interactions with clients in our database
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a smooth and efficient customer experience
- Meet and exceed individual and team performance targets and goals
- Continuously stay updated on company policies, procedures, and services to provide accurate information to clients
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is a plus
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask and handle a high volume of calls and emails
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Positive attitude and a strong desire to provide exceptional customer service
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Real estate knowledge is a plus but not required
