Call Center Representative

Hilliard, OH (Greater Columbus). Full-time.

Join one of Ohio's largest and fastest-growing residential home-services companies. Our call center is the first voice customers hear, and we invest heavily in our people.

What you'll do

Answer inbound calls, book and schedule service, build rapport with homeowners, and turn every call into a great customer experience. Capture details accurately and coordinate with dispatch.

What we're looking for

Customer-service pros who thrive on the phone and build lasting relationships. Clear communication, empathy, and reliability. Prior call center, scheduling, or home-services experience is a plus. Ability to pass a background check.

Compensation

$19 to $20 per hour, plus a full benefits package.
