Customer Service Call Center Representative (Temporary)

We are committed to making a strong, public pledge to enhance our customer service experience. As part of this initiative, we are reviewing and optimizing our phone system configuration to better meet our customers' needs. To support this effort, we are seeking dedicated temporary workers to join our team at the Des Plaines office, with the potential for some positions to become permanent later in the fall. 

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle incoming customer calls professionally and efficiently

- Provide accurate information and resolve customer inquiries promptly

- Document customer interactions and update relevant records

- Collaborate with team members to improve call handling processes

- Follow company protocols and quality standards to ensure customer satisfaction

- Assist in testing and providing feedback on phone system configurations and improvements
