SITE SUPERVISOR – EDUCATIONAL CAMPUS SECURITY
Full-Time | $19.00 per Hour | Non-Commissioned

Star Protection Agency is seeking an experienced, dependable, and service-oriented Site Supervisor to oversee security operations at an educational campus.
This is a hands-on leadership position for an experienced security professional who can effectively supervise officers, maintain accountability, respond to operational needs, and build a strong working relationship with school administration and Star Protection Agency management.
The Site Supervisor must be reliable, accessible, and prepared to respond when operational issues arise. On-call availability is required for this position.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
The Site Supervisor will be responsible for:
- Providing direct leadership, guidance, and support to assigned Campus Security Officers.
- Maintaining a professional and visible leadership presence throughout the campus.
- Ensuring officers consistently meet Star Protection Agency standards for attendance, appearance, performance, professionalism, and customer service.
- Monitoring daily security operations and ensuring established post orders and client expectations are followed.
- Conducting routine patrols and evaluating overall site security conditions.
- Maintaining effective communication with school administrators, faculty, staff, Star management, and assigned officers.
- Responding promptly and professionally to incidents, emergencies, staffing concerns, call-offs, and client needs.
- Assisting with officer scheduling, coverage needs, training, coaching, and operational readiness.
- Addressing officer performance concerns and communicating issues to management appropriately.
- Preparing accurate incident reports, operational documentation, and required management updates.
- Supporting emergency response procedures and ensuring appropriate follow-up after significant incidents.
- Promoting a professional culture of accountability, teamwork, respect, communication, and exceptional customer service.
ON-CALL & AVAILABILITY REQUIREMENT
On-call availability is an essential requirement of this Site Supervisor position.
The selected supervisor must be prepared to:
- Remain reachable by phone when on call.
- Respond promptly to urgent site and staffing communications.
- Assist with call-offs, coverage issues, emergencies, and unexpected operational needs.
- Communicate with Star management and the client when circumstances require escalation.
- Report to the site when necessary to support operations or resolve urgent concerns.
- Maintain reliable transportation and the ability to respond within a reasonable timeframe.
- Demonstrate flexibility outside of the regularly scheduled shift when site operations require supervisory involvement.
Candidates should understand that accepting this position includes responsibility for supporting the site when unexpected situations occur.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
- 1–3 years of verifiable supervisory experience in security, law enforcement, military service, or a comparable leadership environment.
- Previous experience working in a school, private school, campus, or educational environment strongly preferred.
- Active Texas Level II Non-Commissioned Security License.
- Proven ability to lead, coach, and hold employees accountable.
- Strong customer service and client relationship skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Strong conflict-resolution and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to make sound decisions during emergencies and high-pressure situations.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Experience completing professional incident reports and operational documentation.
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Dependable transportation and reliable communication.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise professional judgment.
SCHEDULE REQUIREMENTS
Candidates must have the flexibility necessary to support a professional security operation, including availability for days, evenings, nights, weekends, holidays, overtime, and on-call responsibilities as operational needs require.
Limited availability may prevent a candidate from meeting the requirements of this supervisory assignment.

- Texas security licensing verification
- Client-specific screening requirements, when applicable
