We are looking for a Canvass Manager in to be a leader for our growing canvassing organization. If you have experience in sales, canvassing, field marketing, retail leadership, customer service, or team leadership, we'll provide the training, coaching, and mentorship to help you build a successful career. We are urgently hiring and eager to find our next leader!
What You'll Do
Generate qualified homeowner appointments through face-to-face conversations.
Recruit, train, coach, and motivate a high-performing canvassing team.
Learn territory planning, route management, and daily field operations.
Drive team production, accountability, and performance.
Master Sunbelt's proven canvassing and leadership systems.
Compensation & Benefits
Competitive Pay
$1,500 Sign-On Bonus
Weekly Base Pay + Uncapped Commissions
Team Overrides
Paid Training
Company Vehicle
Medical, Dental & Vision and PTO after 90 days
Qualifications
We're looking for someone who is:
Competitive, energetic, and self-motivated
Comfortable speaking with homeowners outdoors
Coachable and eager to learn
A strong communicator and natural leader
At least 18 years old with a valid driver's license
Experience in sales, canvassing, field marketing, customer service, retail, hospitality, or leadership is preferred but not required.
