Ideal Background

• 2+ years of capital markets or securities experience

• Experience with IPOs, follow-on offerings, debt offerings, private placements, or SEC reporting

• Experience advising public companies regarding corporate governance and securities compliance

• Strong drafting and negotiation skills

• Excellent academic credentials

• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school required

• Pennsylvania bar admission required or ability to become admitted
