Capital Sales Representative — Northeast

We are seeking a Capital Sales Representative to develop a Northeast territory for an early stage medical technology company. This is an opportunity for a proven hospital capital seller who enjoys opening accounts, building clinical and executive support, and shaping a commercial approach as the business grows.

Location: Field based in the Northeast. Ideal home bases include Washington, DC; Maryland; Philadelphia; Long Island; or Manhattan.

What You’ll Do

  Build a territory plan, identify high potential accounts, and create new opportunities through consistent prospecting.

  Lead complex capital sales from initial discovery through evaluation, financial review, contracting, and close.

  Develop relationships with physicians, clinical leaders, administrators, and other stakeholders involved in purchasing decisions.

  Help customers assess clinical workflow needs and build a case for investment.

  
  


• 
  

  Partner with clinical colleagues to support successful account launches and long term adoption.

  
  


• 
  

  Share market feedback and help refine the sales process as the commercial organization expands.

Compensation: Target package of approximately $150,000 base salary and $150,000 variable compensation, with potential upside, equity, and benefits.
