Starting August 2026, we are seeking an experienced Captain or Couple Team for a private Cayman -flagged Oyster 675 that regularly cruises New England and the Caribbean.

Owners use the yacht for approximately 4 months per year in trips of up to 3 weeks at a time.

The ideal candidates will be energetic, respectful, no drama, hands -on and confident with all aspects of yacht maintenance and engineering. This is a relaxed, family -oriented program with active owners who value practical crew with strong sailing experience and a positive attitude. Family -style cooking is preferred over fine dining.

Open to either:

• Solo Captain/Engineer
  
• Couple Team: YM Offshore Mate/Engineer & Cook/Deck/Stew
  

Requirements

Requirements:

• Captain – Yachtmaster Offshore CE or equivalent
  
• B1/B2 Visa essential or US national
  
• Strong sailing background
  
• Maintenance/engineering /Electronics skills essential
  
• Knowledge of Oysters an advantage
