Car Wash Assistant Manager

The Assistant Manager will ensure that daily operations of the car wash are running successfully and provide support throughout the entire wash process to guarantee a Good, Clean, Fun car wash experience. MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE!!! MUST HAVE OPEN AVAILIBILITY!!

Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the car wash


• Recruit, manage, and train staff


• Create and enforce policies and procedures


• Process all transactions and reconcile all sales


• Develop and maintain relationships with customers


• Maintain appropriate inventory and supplies


• Ensure all safety and security protocols are adhered to


• Handle customer inquiries and complaints


• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports
