PATIENT INFORMATION

Rounding: Included

REQUIREMENTS

Active FL license
Active DEA
Active ACLS or BLS
Completed Lee Attestation Form
Clean NPBD report (within the last 6 months)

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide cardiology coverage at three campuses.
Perform rounding duties on patients from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM on assigned dates.
Provide call coverage as scheduled (e.g., December 4th 5:00 PM to December 7th 8:00 AM).
Complete required orientation and submit necessary documentation
Adhere to all facility policies and credentialing requirements.
