Schedule: Nights/Weekend – act as 2nd Call. Minimum 1 week per month, and 1 weekend per month (as needed for scheduling). Does not need to be consecutive shifts.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Licenses: Active NC license
Board: BC in Cardiology
DEA: Yes
Certifications: ACLS, BLS
Experience: 1-2 years

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide consultative services and evaluation & management (E&M) services for cardiology patients.
Interpret echocardiograms and nuclear studies performed in the hospital.
Provide care for patients admitted under Cone Health Heartcare.
Maintain a manual log of all charges.
Serve as second call for nights and weekends as scheduled.
