What You'll Do:

• Coordinate and assign the best-matched caregivers to client schedules using scheduling software.


• Communicate regularly with caregivers and clients to ensure satisfaction and timely care delivery.


• Support new caregiver onboarding by coordinating orientation and training.


• Assist with weekly billing and payroll processing with accuracy.


• Participate in a rotating on-call schedule for after-hours client needs (typically 1 week/month, remote).

You'll proudly serve families in Washington, Ramsey and Dakota County, MN

What We’re Looking For:

• Associate degree in Human Services or a related field preferred (not required).


• Experience in home care scheduling, healthcare coordination, or similar fields is a strong plus.


• Excellent communication, client service, and people skills.


• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and caregiver scheduling platforms.


• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and calm under pressure.


• A genuine passion for helping others and growing professionally in the home care agency field.
