✨ About the Role
We’re looking for a compassionate, reliable, and upbeat Caregiver to support a senior client in beautiful Newport Beach. This is a hands-on role for someone who’s comfortable assisting with both ADLs (Activities of Daily Living) and IADLs (Instrumental Activities of Daily Living)—and who brings warmth, patience, and a positive attitude to every shift.

💛 What You’ll Do

Daily Care (ADLs):

• Personal hygiene (bathing, grooming, dressing)
• Mobility support & safe transfers
• Toileting & incontinence care
• Meal assistance and feeding (if needed)

Everyday Living Support (IADLs):

• Light housekeeping & laundry
• Meal prep & grocery shopping
• Medication reminders
• Transportation to appointments or errands
• Companionship (conversation, walks, activities!)

🌟 What We’re Looking For

• Experience caring for seniors or in a similar role
• Comfortable assisting with full-spectrum care (ADLs + IADLs)
• Kind, patient, and dependable personality
• Ability to follow care plans and communicate clearly
• Valid driver’s license (preferred)

🎯 Bonus Points If You:

• Have CPR, First Aid, CNA or HHA certification
• Enjoy coastal walks, light activities, or games

💵 Pay & Benefits

• $18–$22 per hour (paid biweekly via direct deposit)
• 5 sick days + holiday pay

✅ Caregiver Requirements

• Compassionate, patient, and passionate about helping seniors
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance
• Prior caregiving experience (professional or personal) is a plus (not required)
• Physically able to assist with transfers and mobility
• Ability to push/pull up to 50 lbs and lift up to 30 lbs
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening
• Willing to work flexible shifts, including some weekends
• Must be at least 18 years old
• High school diploma or GED required
