Caregiver

University Home Care Inc is seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to provide exceptional care and support to clients in Northville, MI. As a Caregiver, you will play a key role in enhancing the quality of life for individuals who need assistance with daily activities, ensuring their comfort and safety in a home setting.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.


• Help with mobility and transferring using proper techniques to ensure safety.


• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.


• Assist with meal preparation and feeding as needed.


• Manage medication reminders and monitor clients' health conditions.


• Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe living environment.


• Communicate effectively with clients, family members, and healthcare professionals.

Requirements

• Compassionate, patient, and attentive to clients’ needs.


• Ability to follow care plans and instructions accurately.


• Good communication and interpersonal skills.


• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.


• Must pass background checks.


• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation is a plus.
