Senior Helpers - Lafayette is hiring full-time Caregivers, Personal Care Aides (PCA), Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA), and Home Health Aides (HHA) in Lafayette and surrounding parishes! In this rewarding role, you’ll provide essential in-home care, companion care, and personal care services to elderly clients.

Responsibilities (Keywords Included)

• 
  

  Provide direct care, personal care, and non-medical home care per individualized care plans.

  
  


• 
  

  Assist with ADLs such as bathing, grooming, toileting, mobility assistance, and transfers.

  
  


• 
  

  Monitor client health, safety, and behavioral changes and report concerns to supervisors.

  
  


• 
  

  Prepare meals, perform light housekeeping, and offer companionship and emotional support.

  
  


• 
  

  Maintain accurate care documentation.

  
  

What We’re Looking For

• 
  

  Must be at least 18 years old.

  
  


• 
  

  High school diploma or equivalent.

  
  


• 
  

  1+ year of caregiver, home care, or senior care experience preferred.

  
  


• 
  

  Strong communication skills, reliability, and ability to work independently.

  
  


• 
  

  Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and ability to pass a background check.

  
  


• 
  

  Experience as a CNA, PCA, HHA, or experience with dementia care, Alzheimer’s care, or mobility assistance is a plus.
