Serving clients throughout Washtenaw County | Full-Time, Part-Time & Per Diem (PRN) |

First, Second, and Third shift Opportunities Available

Few roles let you end each day knowing you truly made someone’s life better—this one does. As a Caregiver, you become the reason a senior can stay in the home they love, keep their dignity, and feel genuinely cared for. From a warm meal and a steady arm to a familiar face and real conversation, this is hands-on, heart-first work where your compassion changes lives one day at a time.

And here’s our promise to you: when you come to work with us, we go to work with you. You’ll never feel alone in this. You’ll have a team behind you, a local owner who knows your name, and a system built to support you—so caregiving can feel like caregiving again. This is what real support looks like: an office that answers the phone, has your back, and celebrates the difference you make every single day.

Why You’ll Love Being a Caregiver With Us

•    Competitive pay of $16-$17 per hour — with weekly pay you can count on

•    Flexible scheduling with Full-Time, Part-Time, and Per Diem (PRN) options — build a schedule around your life, your family, and your goals

•    1:1 caregiver-to-client ratio — real, meaningful connections with the people you care for

•    Supportive local team — responsive office staff who know your name and have your back

•    Professional growth and development — access online training, earn CEUs, and grow your career

What You’ll Do as a Caregiver

•    Provide compassionate, in-home support that helps seniors live safely and independently

•    Assist with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, light housekeeping, meal prep, shopping, and companionship

•    Support mobility and safety through ambulation assistance, transfers, and range-of-motion exercises

•    Promote health and well-being with medication reminders, documenting conditions, and reporting any concerns

•    Create meaningful moments through engaging activities like puzzles, reading, and shared hobbies

What We Look for in a Caregiver

•    Minimum of six (6) months of verifiable caregiving experience

•    Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation

•    CPR certification

•    A compassionate nature, strong communication skills, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
