Caregiver / HCA

Home Helpers Home Care is seeking compassionate and dependable caregivers to join our growing team. We are looking for individuals with experience providing hands-on personal care and support for seniors, including clients living with dementia and Alzheimer's.

Flexible schedules available with part-time and full-time opportunities.

Responsibilities:

• Provide standby assist with mobility and transfers
• Assist with all Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
• Diaper changing and incontinence care
• Bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting assistance
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Support clients with dementia-related behaviors and routines
• Medication reminders
• Light housekeeping and meal preparation

Qualifications:

• Experience with dementia or memory care preferred
• Comfortable providing personal care and hygiene assistance
• Compassionate, patient, and reliable
• Ability to maintain a safe and supportive environment
• Strong communication and caregiving skills
