Job Description - Caregiver (Loudoun County)

Paragon Home Care is a family -owned business located in McLean. We are seeking to enhance our outreach to the Loudoun County area.

In this role, you will make a difference in the lives of seniors by enhancing their quality of life. Responsibilities include:

Assisting with hygiene needs
Personal care and dressing
Light housekeeping
Provide companionship and conversation
Medication reminders
Prepare meals and snacks

Requirements

Authorized to Work in the U.S.
Have reliable transportation
Physical Ability to complete the demands of the job
Current TB or Chest X -ray
Possess written and verbal skills for effective communication and a level of understanding
