Caregiver Needed

In the role of a caregiver, your responsibilities will include delivering personalized care to seniors, encompassing tasks such as aiding with bathing, dressing, grooming, meal preparation, medication reminders, and light housekeeping duties.

Primary Duties:

- Deliver tailored care and assistance to seniors with empathy and consideration.

- Create and serve nutritious meals in adherence to dietary requirements.

- Administer medications according to prescribed schedules.

- Aid in mobility and transfers as required.

- Monitor the well-being of seniors and promptly communicate any changes to healthcare providers or family members.

- Engage seniors in social activities and offer companionship.

- Maintain a secure and orderly living environment for seniors.

Requirements:

- Previous experience in caregiving or a similar field.

- Authentic desire to assist others, demonstrated through a compassionate and patient approach.

- Effective interpersonal and communication abilities.

- Capability to manage challenging situations with empathy and composure.

- Knowledge of essential caregiving practices and protocols.

- Preferred certifications in CPR and First Aid.

- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
