Caregiver needed in Longmont

Job Summary
We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Care Professionals to join our team serving older adults in the Longmont area. The ideal candidates will have a genuine desire to make a positive difference in the lives of our clients and individuals with disabilities. As a Care Professional, you will deliver essential personal care, support with daily activities, and companionship, ensuring clients maintain independence and comfort in their own homes.

Client Care varies by Client, but will include:

• Light housekeeping


• Meal preparation


• Medication Reminders


• Assistance with errands and shopping


• Bathing & showering


• Dressing and grooming (shaving with an electric razor, skin care, oral care)


• Assistance with ambulation and transfers


• Assistance with toileting


• Encourage exercise, reminders for prescribed exercises


• Protective oversight for safety, stand-by assistance*


• Dementia & Alzheimer's care


• Complete required documentation and communicate effectively with team members


• Follow all agency policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements

You are a great fit for this role if you have:

· Previous care giving experience 

· A passion for care giving and a wish to help others

· Attentiveness for being present and providing quality care

· 18+ years of age
