Caregiver – Part-time or Full-time
Are you looking for extra hours or a full-time schedule? We have both part-time and full-time shifts and many available weekend shifts.
We allow but do not require, our caregivers to work overtime every week if you want to work at only one company and quit juggling your schedule amongst two or even three employers.
Home Care Assistance provides non-medical care to our senior clients. Our caregivers live out our mission to Change the Way New Mexico Ages daily while at work.

What we offer:

Full and Part-time Schedules
$15-$19 hourly and $205 per Live-In Shift
Paid Training year-round, including Orientation
Payroll performance bonuses each pay period
Bonuses up to $1,000 for every caregiver referred to our company who is hired and works!!

Responsibilities and Duties:

Our clients require assistance with everyday tasks, such as light housekeeping, transportation, meal preparation, and companionship.
We hire caregivers passionate about helping our elders remain in their homes and age with dignity and grace.
As a Home Care Assistance team member, you can expect to receive stable work assignments and be offered overtime weekly.
We offer world-class training, including CPR, to all of our caregivers, including our propriety Balanced Care Method and Cognitive Therapeutics Method.
Your client will be assigned a one-on-one assignment at the client’s home.

Job requirements:

At least one year of prior experience in caregiving or equivalent CNA or Medical Assistant training.
20 years of age or older
Valid Driver's License, vehicle registration, and auto insurance
Clean criminal background and driving record
Ability to pass a drug screen
Ability to transfer 150lbs with assistive devices
