Caregiver Worker

University Home Care Inc is seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregiver Workers to join our team in Pontiac, MI. As a Caregiver Worker, you will provide essential support and care to our clients, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being in their own homes.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting assistance


• Assist with medication reminders and basic health monitoring


• Help clients with mobility and transfers safely


• Perform light housekeeping tasks, meal preparation, and errands as needed


• Offer companionship and emotional support to improve client quality of life


• Report any changes in client condition to supervisors promptly

Requirements

• Previous experience in caregiving or related field is an asset


• Reliable, compassionate, and patient demeanor


• Ability to pass background checks and meet health requirements


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills


• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation is a plus
