Caregiver-Deer Park, Kettle Falls

Generations Home Care is seeking a compassionate and dedicated part-time (20+ hours) caregiver to join our team in the Deer Park and Kettle Falls areas WA. Caregivers who are flexible can work more hours if wanted. This role involves providing personalized care and support to our clients, helping them maintain their independence and improve their quality of life in the comfort of their own homes.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.


• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.


• Help with light housekeeping and errands as needed.


• Monitor clients’ health and report any changes or concerns to the care coordinator or family members.


• Ensure a safe and comfortable environment for clients at all times.


• Follow care plans and instructions provided by healthcare professionals.

Requirements

• Previous caregiver experience preferred.


• Compassionate, patient, and reliable with a strong desire to help others.


• Ability to communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members.


• Available to work part-time hours in the North/Deer Park area of Spokane, WA.


• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation is a plus.


• Pass background check and drug screening.

Benefits

• Competitive hourly wage of $21.00 - $24.00, paid bi-monthly for licensed caregivers


• Most 1-hour shifts pay $40.00


• Short shifts pay $4.00 more per hour and couples care pays $5.00 more per hour
