Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate and skilled care to residents in accordance with Willowbrook Hills standards.


• Assist with daily living activities and medication management for residents.


• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members.


• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care and resident status.

Requirements

• Relevant certification or licensure for caregiver or med tech positions.


• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
