What You'll Do

• Provide companionship and build meaningful relationships with seniors

• Assist with personal care, including bathing, dressing, toileting, and mobility support

• Support clients living with memory loss through engagement and meaningful activities

• Observe and communicate changes in client condition

• Follow individualized care plans and collaborate with the care team

Requirements

• At least 1 year of caregiving experience preferred

• Family caregiving, volunteer experience, and caregiving coursework are welcome and will be considered

• Reliable transportation to travel to client homes

• Eligible to work in the United States

• Willing to work in one or more of the following areas:

• Costa Mesa

• Westminster

• Huntington Beach

• Cypress

• Lakewood/Cerritos

• Weekend availability preferred

Physical Requirements

This position may require lifting, transferring, repositioning, and mobility assistance for clients, including the use of gait belts, slide boards, wheelchairs, and mechanical lifts when available.
