Position: Personal Care Aide - ONET Occupation Study
Type: Contract
Compensation: $17/hour
Location: Remote

Role Responsibilities

• Complete a one-time online survey/interview about your daily work as a personal care aide. It takes up to 30 minutes.
• Participate in an optional follow-up survey, task, or short interview. This will be paid separately.
• Provide insights into personal care tasks, settings, and routines.
• Share experiences to enhance the accuracy of occupational descriptions.

Qualifications

Must-Have

• 4+ years of experience working specifically as a personal care aide.
• Current work, or work within the last 12 months, in the role.
• Direct knowledge of daily care tasks, settings, and routines.
• U.S.-based.
