Join Route 1 Logistics as an Independent Delivery Contractor!

Are you an experienced delivery driver looking for daily volume, steady weekly pay, and total independence on the road? We’re hiring 1099 Independent Contractors to deliver commercial and residential packages across the Dallas–Fort Worth Metroplex.

Pay & Earnings

Rate: $4.00 per stop

Volume: 50+ stops per day (Minimum expectation)

Daily Earnings: $150 – $250+ per day (Earnings scale with your speed and volume)

Pay Frequency: Direct deposit, paid weekly

The Role

Schedule: Full-time, day/morning shifts (approx. 8–10 hours, Monday–Friday)

Deliveries: Top-tier clients including Medline, Shield, Paychex, Zara, eBay, H&M, and ButcherBox

Execution: Manage your routes independently using your smartphone GPS and delivery apps

Requirements

Vehicle: Cargo Van (Transit, ProMaster, Sprinter, High Roof) or a suitable SUV, sedan, or pickup truck

License & Tools: Valid Driver’s License and a smartphone with an active data plan

Physical Fitness: Ability to lift and handle packages throughout the day
