As we continue to grow, we are looking for a dedicated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a CARHOP.

Position Overview:

As a CARHOP, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and assisting them with their transportation needs. You will work closely with our real estate agents and clients to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience during property viewings and open houses.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet clients and assist them with getting in and out of vehicles

- Drive clients to and from properties for viewings and open houses

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of vehicles

- Keep track of vehicle maintenance and schedule necessary repairs

- Assist with loading and unloading of materials and equipment for property viewings

- Provide exceptional customer service and address any client concerns or questions

- Keep track of mileage and gas usage for company vehicles

- Follow all traffic laws and company safety policies

- Communicate effectively with real estate agents to coordinate schedules and transportation needs

- Other duties as assigned by management

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Valid driver's license and clean driving record

- Previous experience in customer service or transportation preferred

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Strong attention to detail and time management skills

- Professional and friendly demeanor

- Knowledge of Jonesboro area and surrounding neighborhoods is a plus

Working Conditions:

This is a full-time position with a set schedule, but flexibility may be required for occasional evening or weekend events. You will be required to spend a significant amount of time driving and must be comfortable being in a vehicle for extended periods of time. You will also be required to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
