Jonesbororealtycompany is seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a full-time CARHOP. As a CARHOP, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our customers and ensuring a smooth and efficient car buying process.

Responsibilities:

- Greet and welcome customers as they arrive at the dealership

- Assist customers in finding the right vehicle by providing information and recommendations

- Conduct test drives with customers and answer any questions they may have

- Process sales paperwork and ensure all necessary documents are completed accurately and in a timely manner

- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure a seamless car buying experience for customers

- Maintain a clean and organized car lot, ensuring all vehicles are ready for display and test drives

- Follow up with customers after the sale to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns

- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers

- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or a related field preferred

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

- Proficient in basic computer skills

- Valid driver's license and clean driving record

- Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
