Position: CARHOP

Job Type: (Remote)

Jonesbororealtycompany is seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented CARHOP to join our team. As a full-time employee, you will work 40 hours per week and be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers.

Responsibilities:

- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner

- Take and process customer orders accurately and efficiently

- Deliver food and beverages to customers' vehicles in a timely manner

- Ensure orders are complete and correct before delivering to customers

- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately

- Assist with maintaining cleanliness and organization of the dining area and parking lot

- Provide excellent customer service by addressing any concerns or issues promptly and professionally

- Follow all company policies and procedures, including food safety and sanitation guidelines

- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and effective operations

- Other duties as assigned by management

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Previous experience in a customer service or food service role preferred

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

- Must be able to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 pounds

- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

- Reliable transportation to and from work
