Jonesbororealtycompany is seeking a motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a CARHOP. This is a full-time position with a 1 year contract, and the successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner

- Take orders and accurately enter them into the system

- Deliver orders to customers' vehicles in a timely and efficient manner

- Ensure orders are complete and accurate before delivering to customers

- Collect payment and process transactions accurately

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the carhop station and surrounding areas

- Assist with food preparation and packaging as needed

- Follow all safety and sanitation procedures

- Provide excellent customer service and resolve any customer complaints or concerns

- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Previous experience in a customer service or food service role preferred

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy

- Ability to work well in a team and independently

- Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds

- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Contract Details:

This is a full-time position with a 1 year contract. The work schedule will be 40 hours per week, with potential for overtime during busy periods. The contract may be renewed based on performance and business needs.
