CARHOP

Position: CARHOP

Job Type: (Remote)

Jonesbororealtycompany is seeking a motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a CARHOP. This is a full-time position, working 40 hours per week.

Responsibilities:

- Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner

- Take customer orders and accurately enter them into the system

- Ensure all orders are prepared and delivered in a timely manner

- Maintain a clean and organized work area

- Provide exceptional customer service and address any customer concerns or issues

- Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently

- Follow all safety and sanitation procedures

- Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth and efficient operation

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Prior experience in a customer service or food service role preferred

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy

- Basic math and computer skills

- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds

- Flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings, is required
