• Salary: $26.00-26.25/Hour
• Job Type: Full-time, Onsite and In Community
• Work Schedule: Typically, Monday – Friday 8:30am - 5pm, must have flexibility to work in the day

YouthLink is a recognized leader in the Twin Cities and beyond for our work to build pathways of opportunity for homeless youth and youth in crisis ages 16 – 24. Our model is based on providing support through outreach, handling basic needs, intervention, and aftercare. Our youth-focused team provides innovative, evidence-based services that guide youth on a holistic level toward futures of education, employment, health and wellness, housing stability and aftercare.  

We are looking for a Case Manager – Scattered Site Housing to join our team and help us advance our mission. The Case Manager – Scattered Site Housing provides support, guidance, and coordination of wrap around services for youth ages 18-24 who are in crisis with the goal of stabilizing them in housing and providing support services to clients coming to YouthLink. The Case Manager assists youth with obtaining self-sufficiency through a holistic approach, including but not limited to appropriate referrals for housing, counseling, financial counseling, job readiness programs, and higher education. Lastly, this position will also be expected to engage with our community partners to increase additional services our clients may need. At this time YouthLink does not offer relocation or US work visa sponsorship.

Required Experience for entry into position:

• 1+ years’ case management experience.
• 2 years’ experience working with at-risk young adults.
• 2 years’ experience working with homeless youth.
• 2 years’ experience with community engagement.
• Must be able to come to work on time, for all regularly scheduled work shifts.
• Valid MN State Driver’s License, insurance.

Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Competencies needed to successfully perform the work:

• Strong commitment to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion.
• Comfort with Microsoft Office applications as well as exhibit an ability to learn and utilize handheld applications systems and other electronic recording systems.
