The customer experience depends largely on the dining area's appearance, so cashiers are responsible for bussing, cleaning, and maintaining the dining area.

Responsibilities

• Greet every customer, following Hat Creek cashier's best practices
• Accurately take customer orders on Point of Sale machine
• Provide excellent customer service
• Ensure front-of-house is clean and maintained
• Proper cash handling and register responsibilities
• Completion of checklists
• Provide excellent customer service
• Some coaching/training of new hires
