Main Responsibilities

• Greeting customers warmly upon entry and exit
• Managing transactions with accuracy using a cash register
• Balancing the cash register at the end of shifts
• Scanning goods and ensuring correct pricing and quantities
• Accepting various payment methods and providing change
• Issuing coupons, vouchers, and gift cards
• Processing returns and refunds, resolving customer complaints
• Bagging and wrapping goods for safe transport
• Upselling and cross-selling when appropriate

Requirements

• Basic computer knowledge
• Strong math skills
• Excellent communication abilities
• Capability to resolve complaints effectively
