What You'll Be Doing

On the Till & On the Floor

• Be the last impression a customer has before they leave — make it a great one
• Handle transactions quickly, accurately, and with a smile
• Keep your till area clean, organised, and running smoothly
• Help out on the shop floor and with general tasks during quieter periods

Customer Service

• Greet every customer and make them feel welcome
• Answer questions, point people in the right direction, and go the extra mile where you can
• Handle refunds and exchanges professionally and without fuss
• Be someone customers remember for the right reasons

What We're Looking For

• A people person who genuinely enjoys interacting with the public
• Someone reliable, punctual, and easy to work with
• Comfortable handling cash and basic computer systems
• Cool under pressure when the queues get long
• Previous cashier or customer-facing experience is a bonus — but not a dealbreaker
