Schedule and Hours

Responsibilities include:
- Greet guests with a positive attitude and genuine hospitality
- Take guest orders accurately using the point-of-sale system
- Handle cash, card, mobile, and gift card transactions properly
- Answer guest questions about menu items, promotions, and restaurant information
- Communicate clearly with kitchen, drive-thru, and front-of-house team members
- Maintain speed and accuracy during busy meal periods
- Keep the front counter, dining room, and guest areas clean and organized
- Restock supplies and support the team throughout the shift
- Resolve guest concerns with care and professionalism
- Uphold Chick-fil-A’s culture, values, standards, policies, and dress code
- Support restaurant operations and other duties as assigned
- Work outside for up to 3 hours at a time
