Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests warmly and handle transactions during lunch service
• Assist guests with menu selections and address initial inquiries
• Maintain cafe items and engage with guests to ensure satisfaction
• Handle complaints effectively and assist in resolution
• Answer phone calls, manage reservations, and provide menu knowledge
• Offer support in various restaurant roles as needed
• Deliver exceptional customer service

Requirements:

• Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork
• Effective communication skills in English
• Ability to multitask efficiently
• Minimum age of 16 with flexibility in work schedule
• Capability to lift and carry items weighing 10-55 lbs
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Adherence to restaurant policies and guidelines

Experience is preferred but not required. Applicants should be comfortable standing for extended periods and lifting heavy objects when necessary.
