Casino Retail Inventory Control Analyst

Job Purpose or Objective(s):  The Inventory Control Analyst is responsible for the management and oversight of inventory tracking, storage, and distribution to assure the protection of tribal property assets. You will report to the Retail Operations Manager.

Start Rate $52k/Year | Full Time | Shift Variable

 Primary Tasks:

1.       You will maintain inventory cycle count and physical inventory programs. 

2.       Conduct forecast sales figures and inventory analysis to determine stock levels and place orders.

3.       You will develop processes to maintain inventory accuracy and integrity.

4.       Oversee the receiving, tagging, organization and distribution of all merchandise.

5.       You will provide required reports to management on cycle count activities, discrepancies and shrinkages.

6.       Monitor and evaluate the efficiency of service delivery methods and procedures; recommend within unit policy, appropriate service and staffing levels.

7.       Track shipping and receiving of inventoried items.  Resolve inventory discrepancies.

8.       Coordinate activities and proper handling of damaged and defective merchandise.

9.       Perform other duties as may be assigned.

Requirements:

·        Bachelor’s Degree in related field or 4 years directly related experience

·        A deep understanding of potential fraud and the ability to identify areas of risk. 

·        Precise detail and follow-up reporting.

·        Two (2) years prior management experience in a warehouse or similar environment.
