Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Catering Coordinator. As a Catering Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of our catering operations. Your attention to detail, friendly demeanor, and dedication to providing exceptional service will contribute to creating memorable experiences for our customers.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and assemble catering orders according to established guidelines
• Ensure food quality and presentation meet our high standards
• Assist with packaging and labeling of catering items
• Coordinate with the catering team to ensure timely delivery of orders
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the catering prep area
• Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations

Qualifications:

• Outstanding customer service skills
• Detail-oriented and able to follow instructions accurately
• Flexible availability for deliveries between 6am and 3pm or 10am and 7pm, including some Saturdays
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
