Core Responsibilities:

• Facilitate daily catering operations
• Take orders via phone, email, and mobile app
• Prepare and deliver orders with precision
• Ensure timely payment processing
• Collaborate with kitchen leads for efficient order prep

Key Requirements:

• At least 2 years of restaurant leadership experience or 1 year at Chick-fil-A
• 1 year of catering experience
• Strong motivational and team management skills
• Passion for serving others
• Ability to work independently or collaboratively
• Excellent initiative, assertiveness, and attention to detail
• Creative, energized, and highly motivated personality
• Flexibility to work early mornings for large orders
• Willingness to cross-train for comprehensive operational knowledge
