We're excited to open a brand-new Panera Bread café in Clinton, CT and we are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Catering Lead to help build a strong team, grow our catering business, and create an exceptional guest experience from day one.

Key Responsibilities:

• Catering Experience: Provide exceptional service throughout the catering process, helping ensure every customer has a positive and memorable experience.

• Order Excellence: Process, prepare, organize, and deliver catering orders accurately, efficiently, and on time.

• Customer Relationships: Follow up on customer calls, requests, and catering needs promptly and professionally.

• Delivery Excellence: Serve as the face of Panera Bread while delivering orders, providing friendly and dependable service to our catering customers.

• Team Support: Collaborate with café managers and teammates to coordinate orders and keep catering operations running smoothly.

• Safety First: Commit to maintaining high standards of food safety and safe delivery practices.

What We're Looking For:

• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance.

• Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills.

• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

• Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 30 lbs.

• High school diploma or equivalent.

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Required)
