Catering Sales Coordinator

This entry-level opportunity supports catering and event sales by coordinating client inquiries, event details, site visits, and internal follow-up.

Guest contact is central to the job. This is an on-site hospitality role with regular face-to-face interaction with guests, visitors, clients, attendees, members, or coworkers. It is not a remote position.

Where you’ll contribute

·       Communicate with prospective and confirmed event clients

·       Assist with property tours and in-person planning meetings

·       Prepare event information and coordinate details with banquet teams

·       Track inquiries, updates, and client follow-up
