Critical Care Registered Nurse (Night Shift)

Location: Abilene, Texas
Shift: Night Shift 36/48 hours per week
Sign-On Bonus: $35,000 for Night Shifts

Role Overview

As a Critical Care Registered Nurse (CCRN), you will be responsible for caring for adolescent and adult patients with life-threatening critical illnesses or injuries. Your duties include:

• Providing direct, hands-on care to critically ill patients.
• Collaborating with the healthcare team to assess and manage patient care plans.
• Monitoring vital signs and therapeutic equipment to ensure proper patient care.
• Responding promptly to emergency situations, making critical decisions in high-pressure environments.
• Maintaining patient confidentiality and ensuring accurate medical documentation.

Qualifications

• Education: Graduate of an Accredited School of Nursing (Diploma or Associate Degree).
• Licenses & Certifications:
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• CPR-BCLS certification (required before orientation completion).
• ACLS certification (required before orientation completion).
• NIH Stroke Scale certification (required before orientation completion).
• Experience: Open to both new graduate nurses and experienced nurses.

• Night Shifts 36/48 hours per week.
