CDL Driver Responsibilities

• Operate shuttle buses / minibuses on designated government routes
• Provide excellent customer service to passengers
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections (DOT compliant)
• Maintain driver logs, trip reports, and safety records
• Communicate with dispatch regarding route updates or delays
• Assist passengers with boarding, seating, and accessibility needs
• Follow all DOT regulations, FMCSA guidelines, and safety protocols

Requirements 

• CDL Class B with Passenger Endorsement REQUIRED
• Valid DOT Medical Card
• Minimum 2 years commercial driving experience (bus, shuttle, or passenger transport preferred)
• Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)
• Ability to pass a background check (government clearance required)
• Strong communication & customer service skills
• Flexible availability (weekends, holidays, shifts as needed)
