We're looking for dependable, safety-minded CDL A Drivers and Equipment Operators—or individuals holding a CDL A permit—to join our growing field operations team.

About the Role:

You’ll play a key role in transporting heavy equipment and materials to job sites while assisting with excavation, grading, and underground utility installations. Whether you're an experienced operator or a permit holder ready to level up, there’s a path forward for you at Delco.

• Safely drive and operate commercial vehicles and equipment (dump trucks, flatbeds, lowboys, etc.)
• Loading, transporting, and unloading excavation equipment and job materials
• Operating excavators, skid steers, backhoes, and other machinery as needed
• Assisting crews with site preparation and utility installations
• Performing daily vehicle/equipment inspections and maintenance reporting
• Following all DOT, OSHA, and company safety protocols

• Valid CDL Class A license (or CDL A permit with intent to upgrade)
• Experience in site work, utility installation, or plumbing is a strong plus
• Comfortable operating heavy machinery (excavators, skid steers, etc.)
• Reliable, team-oriented, and able to follow direction
• Strong commitment to safety and job site professionalism
• Must pass DOT drug screening and have a clean driving record
