1. 1 yr of OTR or Regional Class A truck driving experience


2. No more than 2 DUI's lifetime


3. No drug felonies or misdemeanors


4. No more than 6 jobs in 3 yrs


5. No more than 3 moving violations in 3 yrs

NEVER have abandoned a load
CLEAN DAC Report
NEVER failed or refused drug / alcohol test
NO FELONIES in the last 10 years
MUST NOT have been fired from last job
